Registration Details

Registration for the 2026 DHRM HR Leadership Conference is through the COVLC’s E-commerce module.

The deadline to register is September 14, 2026

• Payment via credit card must be made at the time of registration.
• Please be sure to have your COVLC Login ID and Password available as you will be prompted to login.
• Upon successful login, instructions for completing your registration will be available.
• When registering, please answer the survey as this is where you will be able to provide accommodations needed, dietary restrictions and attendance at the social networking event.

Registration includes two-and-a-half days of informative sessions as well as a light breakfast and lunch each day.

Individual Registration Fees:

• Full conference: $335.00
• One Day (Either Monday or Tuesday): $185.00 (No group rates available)

Group Registration Fees for Full Conference:

• 5-10 registrations from same organization: $310 per person
• 11+ registrations from same organization: $285 per person
• No group rates are available for partial conference

Please note that groups must be from the same organization and register together using one payment option. Group registrations must be handled by your COVLC Agency Domain Administrator. You can find a list of Agency Domain Administrators at https://www.dhrm.virginia.gov/covlc-contact-us. At the time of registration, you will still need a credit card for the group.

Please have all of your group information together before you begin the registration process. Once a group has registered there is no option to register more people at the discounted rate. Any additional registration will be at the standard rate. On the registration page please be sure to follow the prompts to Group Registration.

Refunds and Cancellations:
Refund requests must be no later than 30 days before to the event. To request a refund, email hrevents@dhrm.virginia.gov. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. To arrange a substitution, email covlchelpdesk@dhrm.virginia.gov with the substitute attendee's name. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for cancellation requests received after the 30 day refund deadline.
